For a technical problem, describe what you were trying to do, the app version, and any error message. Do not send passwords, verification links, recovery codes, or private counseling messages. Remove personal information from screenshots before sharing them.

Privacy and account questions

You can use the same address to ask about access, correction, deletion, or how information is handled. Describe your request briefly without including counseling history. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account before discussing account details or taking action.

This support page is not a privacy policy or a confirmation that an account has been deleted. The separate Academia Ministerial website account and purchases must not be confused with Refuge participation.

Testing and access

The production-connected pilot is being prepared for invited adult testers. Do not enter real counseling information during a fictional-account test. An invitation or an installed development build does not mean that the app has been publicly released.

Urgent help

This mailbox and the app are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly. For time-sensitive church matters, use a contact method you already know.
