With the revelation by the Holy Spirit and the committed (not flinched) study, God will teach you His ways (Psalm 86:11) and His will.

The person without the experience of being born again (John 3:3-6 KJV) doesn’t know God’s ways and thoughts according with Isaiah 55:8, but God had promise to reveal the truth through the Holy Spirit. John 16:13 KJV;

“But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:10-11
