No Apocalypse on April 23, 2018

Another fallacy about the rapture and Apocalyptic events on April 23, 2018

There are rumors about the rapture of the church happening on April 23, 2018 and yet another fallacy. The rapture of the church is an event that can happen at anytime, without any prophecy been fulfilled. Many speculators have taken certain passages of The Scriptures out of their context just to justify their fallacies. Exactly as it happened with a false prediction by David Meade. Read it here with the explanation: https://wp.me/p7OlPr-qy

The Scriptures do not speak of “Planet X”, also known as “Nibiru” (which is supposed to be a mythical planet). This claim is just another man-made theory, which is without scriptural support. The predictions of Meade are based on the alignment of the stars and and some passages taken from their biblical context. Observe the statement made by Paul in 1 Thes. 5

“But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that THE DAY OF THE LORD SO COMETH AS A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, BRETHREN, ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, THAT THE DAY SHOULD OVERTAKE YOU AS A THIEF. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: WE ARE NOT OF THE NIGHT, NOR OF THE DARKNESS. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ” verses 1-9

In case you don’t know, the expression “The Day of The Lord” is a reference to “The Second literal Advent of Christ”, in which He will destroy all the enemies of God and also, He will establish “The Kingdom of Heaven”. This expression is NOT a reference for the rapture of the church, in which Christ will not descend to the earth but rather He will stay in the air to receive the saints with their glorified bodies. 1 Thes. 4:13-17. Another expression from 1 Thes. 5:1-9 that you need to know is “As a THIEF IN THE NIGHT”, which implied “Judement” and not redemption. This is why Paul said “But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day should OVERTAKE YOU AS THIEF”. Besides, in Paul’s days many false teachers spreading fallacies about the rapture of the church, in which they were left behind and the second advent of The Lord was at the door. Even more, Paul said also, “We (born again) are not of the Night, nor of the darkness”, only those who are in the night or darkness will be facing “judgment”. Observe the statement made also in verse 9 “For God hath not appointed us to WRATH, but to obtain SALVATION by our Lord Jesus Christ”. Wrath in this passage is a reference to “the great tribulation period”.

So, don’t let Satan’s fallacies to deceive you.

Remember that ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES:

No manifestation of the antichrist

No great tribulation period

No 144,000 (Jews)

No Armageddon

No Kingdom of Heaven or Millennium

No New Heaven and Earth

None of the above will happen UNTIL THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH!

so, stop listening to the The theories of man and listen to what the Scriptures says:

“Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.” Mat. 13:9

May our God guide your life with His Holy Word and Spirit.
