I had enough

I had enough

This is real story of my Brother Peter and we pray to our God that his testimony can bring light  and hope into your life.

“I had enough”

Hi, My name is Peter and this is my story:

I was born in a family with a father, mother, brother and sister but we were not functioning as a family, because there was abuse, no respect, lack of love, etc. My father was a provider, which meant he was rarely at home. When the family was together there was always fighting and infused fear. As a result I needed to escape because of the way it made me feel. Things in my family started to get worse until the point where divorce had taken place. After that I took control of my own life and of making my own decisions.

I played the blaming game between my father and my mother to justify my actions and the consequences of them. I was filling the void in my life with things that became harmful to others and me. I found myself in a world of complete darkness. I was lost, confused, and heading toward my own destruction. It was like walking in quicksand.  The more I moved, the deeper I was sinking.  But one day I decided to change the direction of my life. I needed to fill that empty void with something beyond my own understanding. Today I can openly say that my life has changed and I have become a different man. All of this is the result of giving my life to Jesus Christ.  Now that you have read my story, I would like to share what truly transformed me.

If you’d like to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, just repeat the prayer below and with a open heart receive God’s love.

Prayer of Salvation:

God, I want a real relationship with You and eternal union.  I admit that many times I’ve chosen to go my own way instead of Your way.  Please forgive me for my sins.  Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross to pay the penalty for my sins.  Come into my life to be my Lord and Savior.  Change me from the inside out and make me the person You created me to be.  In the name of Jesus I pray, AMEN

Salvation passages:

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” Luke 19:10
“For God (The Father) so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.” Rom. 1:16
